Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend

I developed this spice blend to use in baked goods, DIY-flavored nut milks and desserts like my Pumpkin Pie Cannoli with Maple-Candied Pistachios and Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake with Pecan Praline and Marshmallow Frosting. Go ahead and play around with any warming spices in your pantry. The spice blend will keep in a resealable container for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place.

Makes about 1/2 cup
Prep Time 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.
